We've broken your onboarding journey into 7 simple steps — designed to get your system live and generating results fast (without all the back-and-forth).
Step 1: You Signed the Contract. We Hit Go.
Your onboarding automation is now live. You’ll receive:
- A calendar invite for your Meet & Greet Call
- A welcome email and link to join your Motion.io client portal
- Inside this client portal is your Onboard Form.
- 🔑 The sooner you complete the form, the sooner your AI-powered engine starts turning.
Step 2: Quick Meet & Greet (10 minutes)
You'll meet your Onboarding Manager to:
- Make sure you've received your Welcome Packet
- Set clear deadlines
- Book your Kickoff Call (which only happens once the forms are done)

Step 3: Kickoff Call (30–45 minutes)
This is where it gets exciting. We’ll:
- Dive into your form responses
- Lock in your eBook and consult offers as well as your ad strategy
- Get access to your domain and assets
- Confirm the build timeline
- Walk you through what happens next
- Book your AISS Meet & Greet with Joseph, our AISS Project Manager

Step 4: Meet the AISS Dev Team

- Show you your system foundations
- Clarify any final details
- Demo early CRM or bot setups

Step 5: Build Phase Begins
Behind the scenes, our team is crafting:

Day 1: Build Starts
Our AISS team starts building your custom AI assistant and CRM, focusing on initial setup and core integrations.
Meanwhile, our Ads Team is busy crafting lead-generating copy and creatives for your campaigns.
Day 7: You're needed here!
AISS: You'll need to complete 4 key Client Setup & Customisation steps to ensure your system is perfectly tailored.
Ad Copy + Creatives (and eBook, if you have one): Check Slack for a link to a preview doc! We'll need your inputs within 48 hours then we'll proceed with set up.
Day 14: Ready for Testing
Your AISS system will be built and ready for initial testing and a walkthrough of its capabilities. You'll be sent a link to a testing environment. One of our CSM's will jump on a call with you to test the bot live on the call together.
Your Ad Campaigns will be ready for go-live.
Day 30: Your SaaS fees are switched on, ads go live
We turn on SaaS fees for your AISS at Day 30 because most of the core system is built and ready to deliver value by then. It keeps the project moving and prevents delays that can happen with open-ended timelines. That said, if there’s been a genuine holdup on our side, we’re always happy to pause or adjust billing to keep things fair.
We also launch your ads on Day 30, so your system starts generating leads around the same time the SaaS billing begins, ensuring you’re getting value right away.

You'll receive an invitation to a dedicated Slack channel specifically for your project. This gives you direct access to our team for quick support and immediate responses.

Step 6: AISS Client Setup & Customisation
Connect Your Calendar
Log in to your CRM here: https://crm.rtdigital.agency/
Go to Settings > Profile and set your availability preferences and connect your favorite calendar. This ensures AISS books appointments only when you're available to take calls.
Connect Social Media DMs
Navigate to Settings > Integrations to connect your Facebook and Instagram direct messages so AISS can respond to inquiries there. Just click Facebook and follow the prompts.
Set Up Payment Mechanism
Go to Settings > Billing to connect your preferred payment mechanism for seamless transactions. This is important! Without this we can't send SMS or emails and will stall your build progress.
Optional Integrations
Let your RTDigital Support team know about additional lead sources you might have ( e.g. paid sources, ex-client databases). Attention them in your slack channel with @AISS Developer Team

This is where you’ll see everything before we press all systems go:
